2023 Plant Catalogs

Please be aware that our catalog reflects plants we “planned” to plant this year, and does not reflect any changes made due to availability issues or crop failures. The catalogs also don’t reflect the exciting new varieties we just HAD to try this year! Not all plants are available at all times.

How We Grow

Our growing season begins in January when we sow seeds for a variety of greenhouse crops including new and unusual cultivars, our favorite vegetable varieties, award- winning perennial plants, and old favorites. We grow a wide variety of the highest performing annuals and perennials on the market, including Proven Winners.

We grow in six heated production greenhouses and three cold frames. This allows us to grow hundreds of thousands of plants each season, from beautiful hanging baskets to four-packs.  These plants are available for sale at our nursery from April throughout the growing season. Stop by the farmstand, where our knowledgeable retail staff is available seven days a week to provide answers to all your gardening questions.

As we move into fall, we offer farm-grown garden mums in a variety of cultivars and colors, as well as asters, annual grasses, flowering cabbages and kales, cool-weather loving annuals, and ornamental peppers.

Custom Plantings

Let us create a beautiful custom planting for your home this year.

We design each planting deliberately for your site, using perennials, shrubs, foliage plants, and succulents in addition to classic annuals to construct unique combinations that are sure to remain lush and interesting throughout the growing season.

We also offer Custom Plantings as rentals for weddings and events.

Prices vary based on plant selections and pot size.

Perennials & Shrubs

We offer a wide variety of choice perennials and shrubs. We strive to source and grow unique ornamental varieties as well as native cultivars that are proven to perform reliably in our area.  Our perennials staff knows our growing environment well and are available to offer advice on plants for specific growing requirements, including plants for shoreline landscapes, naturalization, woodlands, natives, wildlife and pollinators, groundcovers, and all the basics for home garden settings.

We also offer a selection of hardy landscape and climbing roses, fruits trees and berry bushes, and flowering vines.

We grow much of our perennial stock from seed, bare root, and unrooted cuttings here on the farm. We source our finished plant material from trusted growers in New England, many of whom we have built strong relationships with over many years.
