 Dear Info,
Winter Market -
Friday Jan. 29th 3-6pm

Honeycrisp apples just delivered from Carter Hill Orchards in Concord, NH.  Super crispy and flavorful.
New Cheeses from Vt. & NH delivered to our cooler.  Local parsnips, honey & maple syrup.
Pea Shoots Micro Mix harvested from our greenhouses, along with a trial run of pea shoots.  The pea shoots taste like sugar snap peas, a delicious reminder of Spring to come.  We'll have a limited number of the pea shoots available this week, with more growing for next week.  The "classic" micro greens will be in plentiful supply.

        Good Loaf Cinnamon Raisin
We'll be stocked with Good Loaf artisan breads.  The cinnamon raisin loaf is best when toasted and lightly buttered; reminiscent of a cinnamon roll.
Star Lake Farm beef and pork are available as well as MacNamara milk in glass bottles, Rocky Cannoli's pies (Red Barn Farm) and Marcia's Cakes.
Check out the online shop for pictures and information.
Farm forest expo logo  To learn a bit more about agriculture in New Hampshire, visit the NH. Farm & Forest Exposition. Friday Feb. 5th & Sat.. Feb. 6th in Manchester, NH., the expo features farming and forestry workshops, information, vendors and activities for the whole family.

We appreciate your patronage.  As always, please let me know of any questions.

Sincerely,

Greg Berger
